2020 Narrative writing

In 2020 we made a narrative writing story about journeys.  Here's mine :

FUTURE BY Aden: It was a warm day in NZ. I was at high school. It was very different from primary school. One thing I have noticed though, was when I used to play with Zade and others the more we get older the less we are around each other. It's like we are drifting away from our old friends so that's why it's sooooo good to have friends and remember the best times you had because older life changes and you could have children and new friends you won't know who they are anymore until your friend or your kid says who are those people and then you remember all the memories you had with them. It is something you should treasure. Anyway it was hard at high school because you have to get set for your future. You need to be good at maths English and many other subjects. High school pretty much gets you ready for university so you can get your dream job. I have always wanted to be a Singer but if I couldn't be I would be a Doctor. The first thing to do when you're at high school is to get a JOB when you have your own job you can do many more things like shop for clothes and things you want and maybe your parents will buy the things you need. Once you have your job When you're older you will face a lot of problems but you will learn in time to maneuver through those problems. Then once you're 16 to 20 you could leave your home and purchase your own house then you are set and ready for your future. I hope you liked they story

I thought my work was all right its not really about journeys that's what I think. i would really like it if you would give a positive comment

Forces and motion - a day of learning

Last week on Wednesday we learnt about forces and motion for the whole day. It was very fun
there were 8 things to do but we could only do three. We were able to bend water it sounds fake but is true.

Next week we mad a D L O of what we learnt from doing them. The D L O is down below of some of the things we did that day.

I found this fun and interesting because we had to rub the balloons really hard to bend the water and to move the pencil. But it was to hard to make it stick on a carpeted wall. Thank you for checking out this post. I would really like if you could give this a nice positive comment.

Digital Technology Matariki project - blubots and QR codes

For matariki we have been making QR codes and programming bluebots .We have learnt lots from doing this. We found out that there are 9 stars and we learnt their names and what they relate to. Here's some photos of what happened.
